SS Reverse Circulation Specs
- 300 meter capacity Reverse circulation drilling rig
- Chassis 6.50 meters long from 300 NPU, side wings are made of 80 NPU and 3×4 tear patterned sheet metal.
- Tower: 10.5 meters of 80x80x5mm and 50x50x5mm profile material.
- Deck engine: 165HP-195HP single motor is used.
- Gearbox: 3 rows of 1” chain, 1 input 4 output, aluminum body, 85 or 90 ZF transmission is used.
- Drawworks: 30 tons pulling capacity with 3+3 lining and 4 winding ropes.
- Rotary: Inner diameter is 235mm.
- Centrifugal pump: Centrifugal with 4” outlet (SP2 DIYAP brand)
- Swivel: 30 tons capacity with reverse circulation system and 2″ R2 absorbent hoses are used.
- Kelly: Internal tube with reverse circulation system.
- Rod: 6″ inner tube with reverse circulation system.
- Drill Collar:Internal tube with reverse circulation system.
- Drill stem:Reverse circulation system inner tube with safety valve.
- Drill:Custom made with reverse circulation system.
- Maneuvering head:Reverse circulation system.
- Rope: Hemp core and min. 16 mm thickness is used.
- Shaft: Man and Mercedes shafts are used.
- All clutches are pneumatic moving.
- The whole system panel is controlled from where the driller is working.
- Hydraulic control system will be operated 2 tower lifts, 4 foot lifts and 2 skid lifts by using a pump with a speed of at least 80 Lt/min.
- Tong wrenches, maneuvering head, intermediate handles, male rescue (guide) are supplied with the drilling rig.
- Machine lighting system is placed to illuminate the entire perimeter of the drilling rig.
- Warning and safety signs are mounted in the necessary areas on the machine.
