Deck engine: 321HP-520HP single motor is used.
Gearbox: 3 rows of 1 1/2” chain, 1 input 4 output, aluminum body with 90 or 130 ZF transmission is used.
Drawworks: It has a pulling capacity of 70 tons with 5+5 lining and 8 entanglement rope winding.
Rotary: Inner diameter is 235mm.
Centrifugal pump: Centrifugal with 4” outlet (SP2 DIYAP brand)
Mud pump 7 1/2 x 10
Swivel: 70 tons capacity and 3″ R2 absorbent hoses are used.
Kelly: 140×140 four corner dimensions are used.
Rope: Hemp core and min. 22 mm thickness is used.
Alternator: 50 KW alternator is used.
Shaft: Man and Mercedes shafts are used.
All clutches are pneumatic moving.
The whole system panel is controlled from where the driller is working.
The pump to be used in foam pressing for the pneumatic system is min. 80 Lt/min capacity triplex circulation pump resistant to 40 bar pressure is used.
Hydraulic control system will be operated by using a pump with a speed of at least 100 Lt / min. 2 tower lifts, 4 foot lifts and 2 skid lifts.
Tong wrenches, maneuvering head, intermediate handles, male rescue (guide) are supplied with the drilling rig.
Machine lighting system is placed to illuminate the entire perimeter of the drilling rig.
Warning and safety signs are mounted in the necessary areas on the machine.
